A custom prop token gets you your very own exclusive prop added to the furniture menu for housing. This unique prop will be exclusively tied to your Citizen ID and you can place it in any property you have furniture access to, as many times as you want.
You can have trophies, plushies, picture frames and so much more added exclusively for you.
Whether it's a custom prop model you have sourced yourself, or something you want our team to bring to life, we will work with you to get it in game. You are more than welcome to have a third-party create the prop for you.

Regarding the props made by us, we will use an AI tool to convert an image you provide to a functioning prop. A member of our team will test it in game, provide you pictures and only put it in the server when you are happy. If the tool is unable to generate a desirable prop, we will be unable to provide a refund. Unfortunately, due to token costs, generating props costs us money, so we can only allow 3 generations per purchase. Therefore, we highly recommend you open a ticket to test whether your image will produce what you want.
As for props you bring to us, please ensure they are not escrow, low poly and we have the rights to use it.
How to redeem your token:
1. Open a ticket, confirm your image or prop will work fine
2. Purchase the token, give us your transaction ID either in an existing or new ticket
3. Once approved, please allow up to 7 working days for the prop to be added for you.
⚠️ A ticket must be opened right after purchase. All props are subject to staff review and must meet EchoRP content guidelines. Tokens are non-refundable once prop work has begun.
